Leta Gath Amburgey earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ball State University in 2000, majoring in public relations with Spanish and marketing minors. Upon graduation she moved to Chicago and worked in corporate sales for Nextel Communications for 3 years.

In 2003, Leta began working at CDW Corporation, a Fortune 500 company as a Corporate Account Manager and, after 2 years, began focusing her career in the Technology Services Department.  CDW transferred her to New York City in 2006 where she currently manages relationships with third-party partners in the Northeast and Southeast that CDW utilizes to implement a variety of services within the customer technology environments.

When asked about the time she spent at Ball State, Leta says that "BSU was an amazing time in my life.  It opened doors of learning opportunity that have helped me excel in my role today.  Ball State gave me a well-rounded education that afforded me the ability to interact in a wide variety of situations."
