The Hoosier Park outing in Anderson is just one of more than 250 events sponsored by the BSUAA annually. With numerous alumni chapters, and professional and  constituent societies, events vary by interest and location.

Alumni become involved with a chapter or society based on their geographic region,  special interests, or academic association.

Activities of the past year have included Casino Night in Elkhart and the Indiana Ice  at the Pepsi Coliseum in Indianapolis; the Three Rivers Festival Parade in Fort  Wayne; an Adopt-a-Highway and clean-up effort in Adams and Wells counties; and a  family outing at the Indianapolis Children's Museum. Scholarship and award  programs, mentoring and career days, and alumni-student networking events involve thousands of alumni, both on- and off-campus.
