Spring Recruitment:

Please spread the word – applications are available online and the deadline is quickly approaching (2/16 by 4:00 p.m.). Interviews will be held Monday and Tuesday, February 19-20; sitting in on these can be used in lieu of office hours – Kate will have a sign up sheet with times once applications are in. Kate will send around another reminder e-mail to all students.

Spring Survival Kits: 

Deadline to order kits is Monday, April 23. We will assemble them on April 25 and deliver them April 26 through finals week. This year, we will contact recipients to give them the option to pick up their kits at the Alumni Center or schedule a time for delivery – this is ensure someone will be home when we drop them off. We will continue to deliver kits to residence halls and offices as we've done in the past.

Past St.A.R.T. member, Ashley Gross, is now a Mary Kay consultant and contacted Kate to offer free makeover certificates for the survival kits and to hand out at the Senior Congrats Party.

Senior Congrats Party 2007!!

Due to low attendance, we did not break up into groups. Brian priced out silicone bracelets to hand out as favors. The group agreed these would be a good idea, since we could use them at other alumni events if we had leftovers. Arica also mentioned that she was in the process of pricing koozies.

Announcements/Other Business:

• Happy Valentine's Day!
• Happy February birthdays to:  Meg (2/11), Lindsay (2/25), and Drake (2/28)!!!
• The Comm Club is taking donations of books, CDs, DVDs.  You can drop these off on the 4^th floor of the Comm building or call Alexis and she can come get them!  They will be selling the items in TC on 2/19 and 2/20 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Kelsey is on a committee for a smoke-free campus. She had a petition to sign for those interested. For additional information, or if you would like to get involved with this cause, please contact her.
