Senior Congrats Party – Only 9 more days until the party!!! Please make sure you show up for the ticket distribution and decorating times that you signed up for!  We have a lot to do next week in the office!

Publicity:  Please take some flyers during office hours to hang up around campus! Brian agreed to contact the Daily News today to see what's going on – we've made three attempts to run Days Ahead for the party and they have not responded. We also have not heard anything about the story they were going to write about St.A.R.T. If you signed up to decorate the TIS window on May 1 – please do not forget to go!  Kate will send out an e-mail so we can decide when to meet.

Food & Drinks:  We will order the sheet cakes today and Kelsey will pick up the cookies from Blondie's the day of the party. Phil from Dill Street is planning to come over within the next week to make sure we are set with them.

Sponsors/Set-Up:  Sponsors and/or cash are due TODAY. Kate sent out a lit of who still owes money and/or sponsors, so you know who you are! Kate also finished everyone's thank you notes, since many had not yet been completed.  We will still need to do them for UPB and SGA once we receive their sponsors.  We still need a poster listing our sponsors for the party!

Decorations/Entertainment:  Laura and Kate will get out this week to pick up any final decorations for the party.  We will probably begin decorating around 9:00 a.m. the day of the party.

Spring Survival Kits:  We have currently sold 73 survival kits this semester.  Thanks for everyone's help in assembling them!  Don't forget about delivering them tomorrow and Friday – we need everyone's help to get this done while we are all so busy!

Past Activity Reports:  Michele reported on the Homecoming Information Meeting – there will be more detailed information at the Fall Information Meeting. Brian talked a bit about attending the NREM Alumni Awards Dinner.  Thanks for your participation! 

Upcoming Events/Activities: 
TIS window decorating/clean-up 5/1 and 5/5 (Lindsey, Sarah I., Emily G., Paul, and anyone else who would like to help out!)
