Office Hours:  Please sign up for office hours!!  Try your best to sign up with others from your sub-committee.  Also please remind Kate to take your picture for the website if you don't already have one.

Senior Congrats Party Reports: 
There will be a sign-up sheet at our next meeting for party day availability – please come prepared with your schedules so we can get everyone assigned!

• Publicity: We decided on the final t-shirt design!  For the seniors, we will get red t-shirts with black & white imprint "Ball State ALUMNI" and the St.A.R.T. t-shirts will be black with red & white imprint "Ball State St.A.R.T.". Thanks to Melissa for all her hard work with the designs! 
• Food & Drinks: The Mt Cup is donating their time and bringing a smoothie & frappuccino stand to the party!  We still need to contact vendors for other sweets! 
• Sponsors/Set-Up: SPONSORS DUE AT THIS MEETING!  If you have not already turned in your two sponsors, please get them to Kate ASAP!  We need to start including these business names on our advertising!  Also, please remember to complete and send your thank-you notes during your office hours!  This committee discussed getting "cattle rails" for registration – someone will need to contact Moving & Storage to have this done.
• Decorations/Entertainment: Our DJ sent us a link so we could go through and make a play list if we'd like.  We will still be able to make requests at the party, but if you would like a certain song played at the party, please let Kate know and she will make one big request before the party. Think luau!  The decorations committee will need to make a list of materials they will need for the party (i.e. balloons, helium, etc.) Also, don't forget about the games!  We will need to organize these as well.  Paul has arranged for us to decorate the TIS front window – we need volunteers to decorate on May 1 and clean it up on May 5/6.

Spring Survival Kits:  There has been a new idea to include a "uses for the bucket" list.  This can be just a fun extra to be sent out with the survival kits this spring.  If you have any ideas….tell Kate!

• Cary Brothers interview will be on WCRD at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, April 3^rd.  Cary is a singer/songwriter that appeared on the Garden State soundtrack.  Any questions talk to Lindsey!
