Senior Congrats Party
Current members volunteered to serve on the following sub-committees:

• Publicity: Lindsey, Katie, Ashley, Jenny, Melissa, Alli, Jessica, Katelyn
  This group will be in charge of all designs and implementation for t-shirts, cups, and advertising. The group would like to change up the t-shirts this year. Kate will bet an updated Outfitter catalog. We also discussed getting a quote from Cool Cayenne.
• Entertainment and Decorations: Michele, Paul, Meg, Emily, Sarah, Drake
  The decorations and entertainment committee discussed some of their ideas and had previously selected items to purchase for the party. Kate and Laura ordered the items, which should be delivered this week. This group will also be in charge of creating and staffing games, decorating business windows, securing the DJ, etc.
• Sponsors and Set-up: Jeff, John, Brian, Meryn
  This group will be in charge of providing sponsorship ideas to the other members of the group, making sure they are received in a timely manner, ticket pick-up and preparation of registration materials, transportation requests, tent rental, and security.
• Food and Drink: Kelsey, Alexis, Abby
  This committee will contact and secure all of our food and bar vendors, and any extras the group decides on.

Each sub-committee broke out into their groups for about ten minutes to brainstorm ideas for their areas. Each group reported their ideas. It was decided to stay with the Luau theme again for this year.

Spring Survival Kits Update
We discussed some new ideas about this semester's survival kits. We will provide a spot on the order form to let people choose between a healthy vs. a regular kit. Jeff also suggested using cappuccino packs instead of hot chocolate. We will start advertising for the kits in March.

Spring Recruitment
We have about 11 current members leaving after this semester. The application deadline for this semester is Friday, February 10. Spread the word!  We only have two applications in right now. Kate will send another e-mail to students next week. Thanks to everyone who helped with the flyers to the SOA office.

Past Activities
Thanks, Katelyn, for helping with NREM Internship Day! Laura reported that she did an excellent job and the alumni and volunteers really enjoyed having her there.

Announcements/Other Business
Vice President Park has discussed a fundraising opportunity, requiring StART members to come in for a few evenings to make phone calls to potential donors. Kate will let you know the details as soon as she receives them.
