Understanding the DAPR is crucial in order to use it "effectively" as an "Advising Tool" Be ready to point out and explain what the boxes on the DAPR mean and explain the significance of the "NO" boxes and "Ok" boxes.
It is the student's responsibility to mark all repeated courses; complete a "course repeat form" in the "Registrar's Office" - Lucina Hall B 43.
Program year (the term/year) in which a student declares his/her major or minor is noted as the "program year". Keep in mind that his/her program year may be different from his/her matriculation year (when he/she started at BSU).
The "transcript total hours" may differ from the "earned hours" counting towards graduation. If you are uncertain please check with the Advising Center Coordinator.
