Should you need to withdraw from all classes after the semester begins, you must report immediately to the Office of the Assistant to the Dean, Student Affairs (AD 238) and complete a withdrawal form. If a refund is warranted, the amount will be determined by the date of withdrawal, which is the date you submit the completed withdrawal form.
You must continue to attend classes until you have submitted the completed withdrawal form. If you stop going to class before that time, you will likely receive an F in the course or courses from which you are withdrawing. Each of your instructors will be notified and asked to report your last day of attendance and your grade.
