Barn's artwork celebrates Midwestern landscape beauty
When
architect Timothy Gray returned to Indiana from San Francisco, he didn't
just want to buy a house; he wanted a Midwestern homestead. When the
Ball State architecture instructor purchased his 1870s home, acreage and
barn in Hamilton County, he felt fulfilled knowing he had preserved a
symbol of Indiana that's being erased as suburbs expand, he said.
