• June monthly payroll will be charged to fiscal year 2008.

• 100% of the Biweekly Payroll to be PAID on 7/03/08 will be recorded as accrued expense in fiscal year 2008 using account controls 1611(student) & 1911(staff).  

• Approximately 10% of the Biweekly Payroll to be PAID on 7/18/08 will be accrued to fiscal year 2008 using account controls 1611(student) & 1911(staff).

The Biweekly and Student accrued payroll amounts for June will be entered in total, without supporting employee detail on the June Labor reports.  The detail for these payroll periods WILL appear on the July 2008 Labor reports.  The charges to account controls 1611 and 1911 will be reversed in fiscal year 2009.  Reversing the accrued payroll ensures that NO payroll is charged to an account twice.
