To charge an item purchased at Barnes & Noble Bookstore to your departmental account, complete a Bookstore Intra University Charge Form. The completed form must list the department title, account number, and be signed by the department/administrative head. Bookstore personnel normally complete the order information. The bookstore items purchased will be charged to the departmental account listed on the form.
Bookstore charges begin with the reference BIC on the Monthly Accounting Reports.
