[ How to use this Web-based learning module ]

Experiment: (for this you will need a helium-filled Mylar balloon, a small hook, several paper clips, a barometer, and a few days over which the weather is expected to change - this is necessary to get a significant difference in air pressure)

Make sure the balloon has been filled just before the experiment begins! (Mylar balloons leak very slowly, so you want one that's very "fresh!") Also, make sure the balloon is sealed very well.

Make a chart like the one shown, showing air pressure and lift capacity of the balloon.
