How To Participate
Register online now! We will send a confirmation letter, Internet access information, and an invoice. Once we receive payment (check, money order, or purchase order), we will grant access to the streaming video and course documents, or send the CD-ROMs or DVDs you have requested.

Individual sessions are available for $25 each. However, any five sessions are available for $99, and additional sessions are $19 each.
